To help develop a budget to for your basement, we have developed some general figures of cost per square foot. These figures includes walls, floor finishing, ceiling finishing and materials/labour. More detailed pricing is further developed to meet customer requirements for the utilization of the space.
Basement layouts with 3D rendering is part of the project services. Basement remodel/finishing can include the following features, bathrooms, storage, office, bar area, entertainment centre, kitchen, flooring, bedroom, basement apartment, we work with the customer to provide a functional space.
